POSITION
District Coordinator
Your Responsibilities
  • You will establish communication with cities and towns across your assigned district.
  • Each District Coordinator will appoint a City Coordinator for every city and town within their district.
  • Each City Coordinator will appoint one Village Representative for every village under their jurisdiction.
  • You will encourage Government and Private Schools, Colleges, Coaching Institutes, Hotels, Restaurants, Dharamshalas, Home Stays, Factories, Industries, Hospitals, Clinics, Shops, Service Providers and all other commercial establishments to create their official Business Page on Triansh.com.
Responsibilities of Village Representatives
  • Village Representatives will visit every family within their assigned village.
  • Their responsibility is not to collect money, ask for investment or sell products.
  • Instead, they will introduce people to the opportunities available on Triansh.com and help every family member use the platform according to their skills, knowledge, profession or interests.
For example:
• List handmade or manufactured products in the Store. • Use Fundraising if a business or project requires financial support. • Create and sell Courses based on personal knowledge or professional experience. • Publish Coupon Codes collected from businesses or online sources. • Sell rare or collectible items through the Auction system. • Offer professional or local services through the Service section. • Help students sell school projects, models and handmade creations through the Store. • Help local businesses create their official Business Pages. • Introduce families to additional earning opportunities available through the 260+ features of Triansh.com.
Our objective is to help every member of every family, including students, homemakers, farmers, business owners, employees, skilled workers and senior citizens, discover income opportunities based on their abilities and interests.
Village News Reporter
  • Each village will also have one Voluntary Village News Reporter.
  • The reporter will regularly publish approximately 10 minutes of local news, activities, achievements and community updates in video format.
Advertising revenue sharing:
60% – Village News Reporter
10% – District Coordinator
30% – Triansh MDS Private Limited
Additional Income Opportunity
Through ads.triansh.com, every newly registered advertiser currently receives a FREE USD $10 Advertising Credit for a limited period.
Representatives may introduce businesses to the advertising platform and mutually agree upon their own service commission with clients.
Evaluation
  • District Coordinators and City Coordinators will undergo an initial three-month evaluation period.
  • Permanent appointment will be based on work quality, commitment, business onboarding, community development and overall performance.

जिला प्रतिनिधि (District Coordinator)
आपका कार्य
  • आपको अपने जिले के सभी शहरों एवं कस्बों से संपर्क स्थापित करना होगा।
  • प्रत्येक जिला प्रतिनिधि अपने जिले के प्रत्येक शहर एवं कस्बे के लिए एक शहर प्रतिनिधि (City Coordinator) नियुक्त करेगा।
  • प्रत्येक शहर प्रतिनिधि अपने क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाले प्रत्येक गाँव के लिए एक ग्राम प्रतिनिधि नियुक्त करेगा।
  • आपको अपने जिले के सभी सरकारी एवं निजी विद्यालय, कॉलेज, कोचिंग संस्थान, होटल, रेस्टोरेंट, धर्मशाला, होम-स्टे, फैक्ट्री, उद्योग, अस्पताल, क्लिनिक, दुकानदार, सेवा प्रदाता तथा अन्य सभी व्यावसायिक संस्थानों को Triansh.com के Business Page Section में उनका आधिकारिक पेज बनवाने के लिए प्रेरित करना होगा।
ग्राम प्रतिनिधि का कार्य
  • ग्राम प्रतिनिधि अपने गाँव के प्रत्येक परिवार तक पहुँचेंगे।
  • उनका उद्देश्य किसी से शुल्क लेना, कोई निवेश करवाना अथवा कोई उत्पाद बेचना नहीं होगा।
  • वे लोगों को Triansh.com पर उपलब्ध विभिन्न सुविधाओं, सेवाओं एवं आय के अवसरों की जानकारी देंगे तथा प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को उसकी योग्यता, अनुभव, व्यवसाय अथवा रुचि के अनुसार सही फीचर का उपयोग करना सिखाएँगे।
उदाहरण के लिए:
• यदि कोई व्यक्ति घर पर या किसी अन्य स्थान पर कोई उत्पाद बनाता है, तो उसे Store में सूचीबद्ध करना। • यदि किसी व्यवसाय या परियोजना को आर्थिक सहायता की आवश्यकता है, तो Fundraising का उपयोग करना। • यदि किसी व्यक्ति के पास किसी कार्य का अनुभव है, तो Course Section के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण देना। • यदि कोई ऑनलाइन अथवा ऑफलाइन उपलब्ध Coupon Code एकत्रित कर सकता है, तो उसे Coupon Section में प्रकाशित करना। • यदि किसी के पास दुर्लभ या संग्रहणीय वस्तु है, तो उसे Auction के माध्यम से नीलाम करना। • यदि कोई व्यक्ति कोई सेवा प्रदान करना चाहता है, तो Service Section का उपयोग करना। • विद्यालय के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा बनाए गए प्रोजेक्ट, मॉडल अथवा हस्तनिर्मित वस्तुओं को Store के माध्यम से बेचने में सहायता करना। • स्थानीय व्यवसायों को उनका आधिकारिक Business Page बनवाकर अधिक लोगों तक पहुँचने में सहायता करना। • Triansh.com पर उपलब्ध अन्य सुविधाओं की जानकारी देकर प्रत्येक परिवार के प्रत्येक सदस्य को उसकी क्षमता एवं रुचि के अनुसार डिजिटल अवसरों से जोड़ना।
हमारा उद्देश्य प्रत्येक परिवार के प्रत्येक सदस्य, चाहे वह विद्यार्थी हो, गृहिणी, किसान, व्यापारी, कर्मचारी, कारीगर अथवा वरिष्ठ नागरिक, सभी को उनकी क्षमता के अनुसार डिजिटल अवसर उपलब्ध कराना है।
ग्राम समाचार प्रतिनिधि
  • प्रत्येक गाँव से एक स्वैच्छिक (Voluntary) ग्राम समाचार प्रतिनिधि नियुक्त किया जाएगा।
  • उन्हें नियमित रूप से लगभग 10 मिनट का स्थानीय समाचार, गतिविधियाँ, उपलब्धियाँ एवं अन्य महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी वीडियो के माध्यम से प्रकाशित करनी होगी।
विज्ञापन आय का वितरण:
60% – ग्राम समाचार प्रतिनिधि
10% – जिला प्रतिनिधि
30% – त्रियांश एमडीएस प्राइवेट लिमिटेड
अतिरिक्त आय का अवसर
ads.triansh.com पर वर्तमान में सीमित समय के लिए प्रत्येक नए विज्ञापनदाता को 10 अमेरिकी डॉलर का निःशुल्क विज्ञापन क्रेडिट प्रदान किया जा रहा है।
प्रतिनिधि इच्छुक व्यवसायों को विज्ञापन सेवा से जोड़ सकते हैं तथा अपनी सेवाओं के लिए आपसी सहमति से कमीशन निर्धारित कर सकते हैं।
मूल्यांकन
  • प्रत्येक जिला प्रतिनिधि एवं शहर प्रतिनिधि के कार्य का प्रारंभिक 3 माह तक मूल्यांकन किया जाएगा।
  • कार्य की गुणवत्ता, सक्रियता, व्यवसाय पंजीकरण, सामुदायिक विकास एवं समग्र प्रदर्शन के आधार पर ही स्थायी नियुक्ति का निर्णय लिया जाएगा।
हम क्या नहीं लेते
• कोई जॉइनिंग फीस नहीं। • कोई रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क नहीं। • कोई फ्रेंचाइज़ शुल्क नहीं। • कोई अनिवार्य निवेश नहीं।
