Mountain Capital Partners (MCP), the U.S.-based operator of Chile's Valle Nevado and La Parva ski resorts, has withdrawn its proposed acquisition of Andacor S.A. after Chile's antitrust authority demanded the sale of one interconnected resort to preserve competition.
