✍️ Story & Screen Development
Story evaluation, story development, screen adaptation, screenplay understanding, loglines, synopses, character development, episode concepts and pitch material preparation.
OTT & Production Industry
Understanding of OTT platforms, production houses, studios, producers, content companies and the commercial process of taking original IP toward Film, Web-Series and OTT opportunities.
Industry Networking & Pitching
Ability to build professional relationships, approach relevant industry professionals, present projects, pitch stories and concepts, conduct follow-ups and develop long-term creator and industry networks.
Creative & Production Skills
Knowledge or practical experience in screenwriting, dialogue, dialect, casting, direction, production, acting, story consultancy, script development or other Film and Entertainment disciplines will be highly valuable.
International Perspective
Ability to understand and evaluate stories for audiences across India and international markets, with strong communication, creative judgment and professional presentation skills.

Build Stories for the Screen
Triansh International Publication Services (TIPS) is looking for an experienced film, OTT, television, content or entertainment professional who can identify promising original intellectual properties and take them from the written page towards professional Film, Web-Series and OTT opportunities.
This is not a conventional Content Writer position. The role is focused on IP development, screen adaptation, industry pitching and commercial opportunities for original stories.
About TIPS
TIPS is the publishing and intellectual-property arm of the Triansh ecosystem, working with authors and creators to publish and develop original literary content.
Our vision goes beyond publishing a book. We want strong original stories to have the opportunity to progress from Book → Story/IP → Screen Adaptation → Film/Web-Series/OTT.
What You Will Do
- Review selected novels, stories, scripts and original IP available through TIPS.
- Identify stories with strong Film, Web-Series, Television or OTT adaptation potential.
- Work with authors/creators to develop professional pitch material.
- Help shape loglines, synopses, character profiles, episode concepts and adaptation presentations.
- Approach suitable producers, production houses, studios, content companies and OTT-related opportunities.
- Present and pitch selected projects professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships within the film, television, OTT and entertainment industry.
- Coordinate follow-ups and commercial discussions related to projects.
- Provide creative input related to screenplay, dialogue, dialect, casting and production wherever your expertise is relevant.
- Help develop a long-term network of writers, creators, producers and entertainment professionals around TIPS.

How You Earn
Important: This position currently does not carry a fixed salary. Commission and royalty arrangements will be governed by a separate written agreement for the relevant project/deal.

Confidentiality & IP Protection
Selected candidates will be required to enter into an appropriate Confidentiality / Disclosure Agreement before receiving access to confidential manuscripts, unpublished stories, scripts, concepts or other proprietary intellectual property.
Detailed project material will be shared only after the required agreement and authorization are completed.
